Bred by <strong>D Sanderson<\/strong> of Kirkheaton in August 1966, <strong>Rch Snowflake<\/strong> was bred from the famous Stud Dog\u00a0 <strong>Bilko<\/strong> to another pedigree bitch called <strong>Snowball<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>Mr. Arthur Ellis<\/strong> of <strong>Dewsbury Wrc<\/strong> purchased <strong>Snowflake<\/strong> as a pup. Schooling her and the litter brother <strong>White Wings<\/strong> at the Sands Lane playing fields track. <strong>\u00a0Rch Snowflake<\/strong> was a lightweight <strong>23lb<\/strong> bitch but size did not matter to her. <strong>Rch Snowflake<\/strong> soon became<strong> Scratch Champion <\/strong>at a very young age competing in the up to<strong> 32lb Scratch <\/strong>racing at both <strong>Dewsbury Wrc<\/strong> and <strong>Kirkheaton Wrc.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Rch Snowflake<\/strong> was an incredible bitch who entered <strong>6 Open meetings<\/strong> during her reign at the <strong>Hillstown Wrc<\/strong> winning<strong> 5 out<\/strong> of <strong>6<\/strong> and was runner-up in the sixth. Went on to Win the <strong>BWRA 24lb Rch Champion<\/strong> title in<strong> 1968<\/strong>. Overall winning in excess of <strong>50 plus Opens<\/strong> including breaking<strong>\u00a0track records<\/strong> on more than one track. <strong>Rch Snowflake<\/strong> competed with some of the very best around at the time.
